Refund policy

Every Nova Forge order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you or your dog aren't completely happy, you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your item - including items purchased at a discounted price.

How to start a return

Email us at eugend87@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the correct return address. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back - returns sent without authorization can't be matched to your order.

To be eligible, the item must be in the condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with a quick photo and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at eugend87@gmail.com.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
